Tues & Thurs :Tiny Tigers (5 -8 yr olds) 5.30pm - 6.15pm -  Juniors (8 - 14 yr olds) 6.15pm - 7.00pm -  Teens/Adults (above 14 yrs age) 7.00 pm -7.45pm
BBC + Brown/Black Belts: 7.00 - 8.00pm on Tues & 7.00 - 8.45pm Thurs.
Sat : Tiny Tigers 11am - 11.45am -  Juniors, 11.45am - 12.30pm, - Teens /Adults, 9.30am - 10.15am -  BBC + Brown/Black Belts: 9.30am -11am

WATFORD - GARSTON:  Watford Woodside Leisure Centre, Horseshoe Lane Watford WD25 7HH  - Studio 1 
Sat: BBC + Brown/Black Belts:  2.45pm - 3.45pm, Juniors: (9 yrs - 14 years) 3.45pm - 4.30pm, Teenagers & Adults  (14 yrs to 65yrs ) 3.45pm- 4.30pm

WATFORD - ABBOTTS LANGLEY: St Michael's High School, High Elms lane, Watford, WD25 0SS - Dance Studio 
Mon & Wed : Tiny  Tigers (5-8 yr olds) 5.30pm - 6.15pm -   Juniors, 8 yr -14 yr olds) 6.15pm - 7.00pm, Teens/ Adults ( Above 14 yrs age) 7.00pm - 7.45pm.
Brown/Black  Belts & BBC 7.00pm - 8.15pm.

Note: If you are a member training at one location you can train at any additional location for FREE, no extra charge !!.
All Beginners  & Intermediate level students are required to train minimum of two and upto three sessions a week. Brown & Black Belts & BBC must aim to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions per week for grading purposes. It is also a requirement for all students to practise upto 30 minutes minimum at home on days they are not in class to re-enforce the karate techniques/ skills covered in classes for gradings etc.
